Large-format boxes

Pallet-size shipping boxes
A carton with a pallet footprint, so the pack and the pallet leave as one unit.
Oversized RSCs
Regular slotted cartons built larger than a parcel, with the usual top and bottom flaps.
Full-overlap boxes
Flaps that cover the whole top and bottom, for a stiffer face than a standard slot.
Telescoping boxes
A two-piece carton: a base and a cover that slides over it.
Furniture and mattress cartons
Long, relatively flat cartons for a mattress, a panel, or a piece of furniture.
Appliance cartons
Tall cartons for a fridge, a washer, or another upright appliance.
Triple-wall heavy-duty boxes
A heavy carton for a dense or valuable load. Ask whether triple-wall board is warranted.
Long boxes
Narrow cartons and tube-style packs for moulding, poles, textiles, and other long pieces.
Wraparound and crate-style cartons
A wrap that folds around the product, or a carton reinforced so it behaves more like a crate.
Octagonal bulk bins
Eight-sided bins that sit on a pallet and hold a loose or liquid-adjacent load.

From a note to a confirmed size

Name the structure
Open the quote form. Choose the closest product type, then add the finished size and the quantity.

Match a template family
We line the request up with the library: corrugated or ICB, then display, furniture, wall, or a FEFCO 0800 retail or e-commerce style.

Confirm the resized size
Templates resize. The dimensions on the form are the ones that get priced. A catalogue size is not filled in for you.

You confirm the spec
The type and the size are agreed only when you confirm them. A style code, if you have one, belongs in that note.

Pickup or shipping
Pickup or shipping is settled with the quote. The street address on this site is still a placeholder, so do not arrive without a reply.
